Your Role:
📌 Run ALL of Variable Operations – Sales, F&I, secondary finance, inventory—you own it all.
📌 Desk Every Deal with Precision – Structure, close, and maximize gross on every unit.
📌 Lead, Train & Motivate the Sales Team – Hold them accountable, push for success, and build winners.
